MAKE YOUR OWN PP Children's Kit 

We know the joy of making your own clothes is all about selecting your own pattern, fabric, picking matching buttons and notions and putting it together. We are trying to make this happen at Pattern Project. 

 

The P2 dropped sleeve adult and kits tops kits are our first kits where you can select your hem type, sleeve width and pocket preference.

 

PICK A HEM
Choose between straight hems (most suitable for beginners), curved hems and hems with two heights with a vent.

SLEEVE
Make a wide sleeved top or one with narrow sleeves.
 

POCKETS

Add one or two pockets! 

ABOUT THE SEWING EXPERIENCE
The kit is suitable for children who already know how to use a sewing machine and should be used with the help of an adult. It guarantees at least 4-6 hours of a very interesting and challenging experience.

 

There are a total of 11 chapters/steps and we recommend that you split the activity over multiple sessions. The exercise sheet helps in warm ups and practising facing and more! The tops are deliberately long - so that you can take down the hems as your little one grows. We have increased the seam allowances to 15mm to make it much easier to sew and there are accompanying videos to help.

Comes with everything you need to start sewing. Pre cut pieces marked with seam lines and guides, matching thread and large instruction sheet for easy sewing.
